Easter Sunday - 03/31/24

At our Easter service, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus with the children flowering the cross during the processional to “Ain’t No Grave”, Pastor Dave preaches a family sermon, and we get to hear from the St. Bart’s choir during the offertory.

Good Friday - 03/29/24

To enter into the contemplation of Jesus’ supreme and atoning sacrifice, on Good Friday we engage the Stations of the Cross. We remember 14 scenes of Christ’s walk down the path to Golgotha (called Via Dolorosa, or Way of Suffering) where finally he is lifted up to draw all men to himself.

Maundy Thursday - 03/28/24

On Maundy Thursday, we commemorate 3 events from this day in Jesus’ story that reveal his love: first, he serves a meal to his disciples before his death; second, he washes their feet; and third, he gives them a command to love one other.

Palm Sunday - 03/24/24

As we enter Holy Week, we contemplate the acts of love through which God has redeemed us through his Son. On Palm Sunday, we process into the service waving palm branches like the Jerusalem crowds. But we also hear the narrative passion reading from Mark, detailing Jesus’ suffering, crucifixion, and death.
